NATIONAL CERTIFICATE: IT: END USER COMPUTING NQF L3

The purpose of this qualification is to confer the qualifying student with a basic knowledge and understanding of using ICT in the organisation, with particular emphasis on word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. In addition the student will be taking fundamental modules – Communication and Mathematical Literacy.

 Grade 10 (Std. 8) or 
   NQF 1 End User Computing, or 
   NQF 2 Further Education and Training qualification, or 
   equivalent, or verifiable relevant working experience (1 year).
